Benjamin Jacobs

Director & Senior Physiotherapist APAM
Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (ACU)
Master of Physiotherapy (USYD)

Ben has extensive experience in managing musculoskeletal conditions across all walks of life, from desk-bound professionals to elite athletes. With a strong passion for sports injury rehabilitation, he takes a holistic and personalised approach to recovery, blending hands-on techniques, corrective exercise, and taping to relieve pain, restore movement, and support long-term performance. Known for his creativity in exercise prescription, Ben enjoys finding functional, engaging ways to help clients return to the activities they love.

When not in the clinic, Ben can be found on the Jiu Jitsu mats at Legacy Parramatta, relaxing in the sauna, or teaching his two cats new tricks.

Melissa Tran

Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy (USYD)

Melissa has extensive experience managing musculoskeletal injuries in a private practice setting. She also has a strong background supporting clients under the NDIS, aged care, workers’ compensation, and CTP insurance, allowing her to provide well-rounded, personalised rehabilitation. Melissa is passionate about helping people move better and live pain-free through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Outside the clinic, Melissa enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Pilates, and hitting the gym. She also loves exploring the outdoors with her loyal staffy, Harley.

Anthony Ha

Remedial Massage Therapist

Anthony combines a background in nursing with over 3 years as a Remedial Massage Therapist. Specialising in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports recovery, he focuses on finding the root cause of tension rather than just treating the symptoms. Currently studying physiotherapy, Anthony is dedicated to providing clinical, client-centred care for everyone from busy professionals to elite athletes.

Outside the clinic, Anthony is an avid runner and bodybuilder, so he knows firsthand what it takes to train hard, recover well, and keep showing up.
