1. Eligibility for Home Visits

Our home visit physiotherapy services are available to patients who:

Have a medical condition or disability that restricts your ability to visit a clinic.

You reside within our service area in New South Wales.

Before we can proceed with your home visit, we will conduct an initial assessment to determine your eligibility for this service.

2. Scheduling Your Appointment

To schedule a home visit appointment with us, you can reach out to our clinic’s phone or use our online booking system. We kindly request that you provide accurate contact information and address details for scheduling home visits.

Our appointments are typically scheduled during our regular clinic hours. In the event that you require an after-hours visit, please let us know in advance, as additional charges may apply.

3. Safety and Hygiene

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Our physiotherapists adhere to strict infection control and hygiene standards during home visits. This includes the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Rest assured that your personal and medical information will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. We maintain compliance with all relevant privacy laws and regulations.

5. Equipment and Supplies

6. Communication

7. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to appointment changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your home visit appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, there may be a full charge for the scheduled appointment. However, we also understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances can arise, and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
